Hand Reflexology
This is a hand treatment that leaves clients feeling relaxed and renewed. I love showing my clients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health. This is a great treatment to boost relaxation, well-being and promote restful sleep.
Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is based on generations of tradition. After a single session, you’ll start to see changes to your body, mind and energy levels.

Touch Therapy Head Massage

What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting relaxation and wellbeing; by reducing stress in peoples lives. This can be key in optimising good health and building resilience. It is a touch therapy based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower legs, hands face or ears correspond with different areas of the body and reflexologists work with these points and areas.
Reflexology can be used safely alongside standard healthcare to promote better health for their clients.
What is Medical Acupuncture?
The practice of acupuncture following a medical diagnosis. Based on scientific evidence that shows how points used in medical acupuncture stimulate the nervous system and cause release of natural pain killing and healing chemicals within our bodies. Medical acupuncture can use a mix of styles including traditional acupuncture and dry needling to trigger points.

Cosmetic/Aesthetic Acupuncture
Inserting needles into certain areas of the face and body can stimulate collagen and elastin production. It can restore muscle tone and elasticity for a more youthful appearance. It has added benefits from an aesthetic appearance by using particular techniques to lift and plump areas of the face that you would like to enhance.
